عن الوظيفة
A well-established hospitality company in Erbil is seeking a Team Leader, Guest Services to lead the front office team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and maintain high service standards across shifts.
المهام
- Lead, supervise, and support the guest services/front office team during assigned shifts
- Ensure a warm, professional, and efficient guest experience from arrival to departure
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Assign daily tasks, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and feedback
- Coordinate with other hotel/hospitality departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate shift records and handovers
المتطلبات
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office and hospitality
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts, 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Kurdish language skills (a plus)
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team
- Familiarity with hotel front office or property management systems
