تبحث شركة ديجيتال وول في بغداد عن مهندس أنظمة لإدارة ودعم البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والأنظمة الافتراضية والتخزين وActive Directory. يُشترط وجود شهادة بكالوريوس وخبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.
عن الوظيفة
Digital Wall is seeking a highly motivated System Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, virtualization platforms, storage systems, Active Directory, messaging services, and endpoint security solutions. The successful candidate will ensure the availability, security, and performance of critical business systems.
المهام
- Monitor hardware health, performance, and system availability.
- Perform firmware and driver updates in coordination with vendor support.
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Administer VMware ESXi hosts, virtual machines, and vCenter Server.
- Provision, migrate, clone, and manage virtual machines.
- Perform snapshot management, resource optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain high availability and virtualization best practices.
- Administer Oracle VM Servers and Oracle VM Manager.
- Deploy and maintain virtual machines and virtual infrastructure.
- Coordinate with application teams to ensure system compatibility and uptime.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
- Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, and email services.
- Troubleshoot mail flow, client connectivity, and messaging issues.
- Maintain Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Perform user, group, and computer account administration.
- Monitor Active Directory replication and overall domain health.
- Monitor and administer SAN storage arrays and Fibre Channel switches.
- Provision, map, and manage LUNs for physical and virtual servers.
- Ensure storage performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Administer Kaspersky Endpoint Security policies and deployments.
- Monitor security alerts and respond to endpoint incidents.
- Monitor Veeam Backup & Replication jobs and troubleshoot backup failures.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or System Administrator.
- Strong experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi and vCenter).
- Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and Windows Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and/or Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of SAN storage, Fibre Channel networking, and LUN management.
- Experience with Oracle VM (OVM/OVS) or similar virtualization platforms.
- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Kaspersky.
- Experience with backup solutions, preferably Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- VMware (VCP), Microsoft, Oracle, Veeam, or Lenovo certifications are considered an advantage.
- Experience working in enterprise or data center environments.
- Familiarity with high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and infrastructure monitoring tools.
