عن الوظيفة
DDK Collection Hotel is seeking an experienced and professional Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality massage, body, and wellness treatments in accordance with approved spa standards.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the role is responsible for conducting guest consultations, delivering treatments safely and professionally, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation, and contributing to a comfortable, high-standard guest experience.
المهام
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations to identify guest needs and preferences, explain suitable treatments, and confirm relevant contraindications or sensitivities.
- Perform approved massage, body, relaxation, and wellness treatments safely and professionally, following appropriate techniques and hotel service standards.
- Prepare, clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms before and after each guest.
- Ensure linens, products, tools, and equipment are properly arranged and ready for use.
- Monitor treatment-room supplies and spa products.
- Report shortages, damaged equipment, hygiene concerns, or maintenance needs promptly to the Administration Manager.
- Maintain guest privacy, professional boundaries, personal hygiene, grooming, confidentiality, and respectful service conduct.
- Support smooth spa operations as required.
المتطلبات
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or in a similar professional wellness-treatment role.
- Experience in a hotel, resort, spa, or premium wellness environment is preferred.
- Recognized professional certificates in massage therapy, spa therapy, body treatments, or other relevant treatment disciplines are required.
- Strong practical knowledge of professional massage techniques, body treatments, guest consultations, treatment preparation, and aftercare guidance.
- Good understanding of treatment contraindications, hygiene and sanitation requirements, guest privacy, and the safe use of spa products and equipment.
- Ability to assess guest treatment needs professionally and explain available treatments clearly.
- Ability to provide respectful, discreet, and guest-focused service.
- Ability to maintain consistent service quality, cleanliness, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, professional presentation, discretion, time management, and flexibility to work according to hotel operating requirements.
