تبحث شركة FastPay في أربيل عن مختص في ضمان جودة البرمجيات لكتابة خطط الاختبار، واختبار واجهات برمجة التطبيقات وتطبيقات الهاتف، وإدارة بلاغات الأخطاء للخدمات المالية. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة من سنتين إلى 4 سنوات وإتقان لأدوات Postman وJira وSQL.

المهام

  • Foundation (first priority): the items below are the immediate build.
  • Write test plans and test cases for FastPay services, derived from API contracts and the behaviour of the existing PHP services.
  • Build the regression test suite, documented, repeatable cases covering wallet, payments, agent, merchant and bill-payment flows.
  • Test REST APIs directly with Postman: request and response validation, status codes, error payloads, authentication headers.
  • Establish the defect-reporting standard in Jira: reproduction steps, severity classification, environment, evidence.
  • Set up and maintain test data on the staging environment.
  • Define the release checklist, what must pass before any service is allowed into production.
  • Ongoing: the items below run continuously.
  • Test every feature, service and bug fix on staging before it goes to production.
  • Run full regression before each production release.
  • Validate the iOS, Android and Huawei mobile apps against the APIs after each backend change, the apps must keep working unchanged throughout the migration.
  • Verify the web portals and admin panel after each change.
  • Triage defects and track them to verified closure with the developer who owns them.
  • Produce the functional test evidence required to sign off each migration phase quality gate.
  • Keep the test cases and regression suite current as the platform changes.
  • Report quality status honestly: what was tested, what was not, and what the remaining risk is.

المتطلبات

  • 2-4 years of software QA / testing experience on web or mobile products.
  • Writing test plans and test cases from requirements or API documentation, structured and repeatable, not ad hoc clicking.
  • Functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing.
  • API testing with Postman: collections, environments, response and status-code validation, auth tokens.
  • Reading REST API contracts (OpenAPI / Swagger) and testing against them.
  • Mobile application testing on iOS and Android, including on real devices.
  • SQL: writing SELECT queries against MySQL to verify what the application actually wrote to the database.
  • Defect management in Jira or equivalent: clear reproduction steps, correct severity, tracking to closure.
  • Basic Linux command line, enough to read application logs on a staging server without asking someone else.
  • Has tested a system where a defect costs money, payments, banking, e-commerce, telecom billing or similar.
  • Has held a release under pressure: able to say "this is not ready" and defend it with evidence.
  • Strong written English, test cases and bug reports are the primary output of this job.
  • Works directly with developers: explains a defect precisely, without blame, and re-tests promptly.
  • Takes ownership of a defect through to verified fix in production, not just to "reported".
