The Social Media Specialist will manage and develop the social media presence of Fastlink Telecom Company, supporting MARCOM strategies through effective content planning, digital communication, audience engagement, and brand visibility across the Kurdistan Region.

المهام
- Manage Fastlink Telecom Company’s social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing and communication strategies.
- Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor audience engagement, social media trends, competitors, and market activities to identify opportunities.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and other communication activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and creative resources to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and digital presence.
- Travel across the Kurdistan Region when required to support events, sponsored locations, and ensure proper brand representation.
- Explore opportunities to strengthen Fastlink Telecom Company’s presence across the Kurdistan Region.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or marketing communications.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management, and digital communication.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong creativity, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the Kurdistan Region.
