Department: Marketing
Mesopo Agency is looking for a creative and experienced social media & Multimedia Specialist to manage social media accounts, create engaging written content, and produce professional graphics and videos for Mesopo and its clients.
This is a hands-on role covering three core areas: social media management, content creation and writing, and graphic design and multimedia production.
You will help brands maintain a consistent online presence through relevant content, strong visuals, and engaging videos.

- Social Media Management
- Manage business accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish posts, Stories, Reels, and other content.
- Monitor comments and messages, respond appropriately, and coordinate inquiries with the relevant team.
- Track engagement, reach, and audience growth, and prepare concise reports with improvement suggestions.
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining each brand’s tone and identity.
- Content Creation and Writing:
- Develop original content ideas suited to each brand, audience, and platform.
- Write captions, headlines, video scripts, and social media copy in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
- Create content for posts, Stories, carousels, and Reels.
- Research trends and relevant topics to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand content needs and maintain accurate, consistent messaging.
- Graphic Design and Multimedia Production:
- Design professional social media graphics, carousels, covers, and branded visuals.
- Create and edit videos, Reels, and other short-form content.
- Produce motion graphics and simple animations.
- Edit footage, audio, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Adapt graphics and videos to the required platform sizes and formats.
- Maintain consistent branding, typography, colours, and visual quality across all content.
المتطلبات
- Proven experience in social media management, content writing, graphic design, and video editing.
- Strong English, Arabic, and Kurdish language skills.
- Experience managing business social media accounts and content calendars.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different brands.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent video-editing and motion-graphics tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating social media designs, written content, Reels, and motion graphics.
- Understanding of platform formats, organic engagement, and social media performance metrics.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently and as part of a team.
