تبحث شركة Wade في أربيل عن أخصائي تسويق أول لقيادة وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية متعددة القنوات وزيادة اكتساب العملاء. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التسويق مع إتقان الكردية والعربية والإنجليزية.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making, with an interest in the fast-paced delivery and technology industry.
المهام
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, influencer partnerships, and offline activations.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives to increase app downloads and order frequency.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Partnerships teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and use data to improve future marketing strategies.
- Lead content creation efforts and ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
- Mentor and support junior marketing team members while encouraging creativity and high performance.
المتطلبات
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Proven experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication, cooperation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with flexibility, initiative, and strong planning abilities.
- Native-level Kurdish, with proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong PC skills and proficiency in relevant marketing tools.
