مطلوب مشرف لوجستي ذو خبرة في بغداد للإشراف على عمليات المستودعات وتوزيع المواد وأنشطة سلاسل الإمداد. يتطلب 4-5 سنوات من الخبرة وبكالوريوس ذو صلة وإتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

المهام

  • Manage and supervise logistics operations, including raw material and sub-warehouses, receiving, storage, distribution, and supply chain activities.
  • Plan material requirements, receiving schedules, internal distribution, and finished goods shipments according to production and storage capacity.
  • Train and supervise logistics staff on departmental procedures, GMP, GSP, and internal protocols.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, QA, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.
  • Review purchase requisitions, follow up on procurement activities, and support supplier selection based on quality, cost, availability, and reliability.
  • Monitor material issuance, inventory movement, documentation, and logistics records.
  • Support warehouse setup and logistics planning for new departments and operational units.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing, or healthcare sector.
  • Previous supervisory/team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, GMP, and GSP requirements.
  • Strong planning, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and team-management skills.
  • Good command of Arabic and English.
