Wood is recruiting for a Senior Control System Engineer to join its Iraq business unit focusing on design, configuration, testing, and commission control and automation systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Control System Engineer to join our Iraq Business Unit.

  • This role is a full-time on-site role in Basra, Iraq with travel requirement.
  • Rotation: 28*28

المهام

  • Role Purpose: Design, configure, test, and commission control and automation systems.
  • Development of control logic (IEC 61131-3)
  • System integration testing and FAT/SAT
  • Configuration of control interfaces (Modbus, Profibus, HART)
  • Support lifecycle maintenance and upgrades
  • Participation in alarm rationalisation and tuning activities

  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • PCS and SIS platforms
  • Networking within process control domains
  • HMI and historian integration
