تطلب مجموعة العاصم في بغداد مهندس مدني أقدم للإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع الهندسة المدنية والبنية التحتية في الموقع. تشمل المهام إدارة ضبط وضمان الجودة (QA/QC)، والتنسيق مع الاستشاريين وفرق التصميم، وإدارة الجداول الزمنية وتحليل التكاليف.
عن الوظيفة
The Civil Engineer will represent Alasem Group on site, ensuring precise execution of civil and infrastructure projects. The role includes coordinating with the design office and consultants, and overseeing the full project life-cycle from concept and planning through construction to final delivery. The Civil Engineer safeguards structural integrity, enforces compliance with consultant standards, and drives progress to meet Alasem Group’s quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
المهام
- Design Coordination: Liaise with design office for concept and detailed design alignment.
- Consultant Interface: Coordinate reviews, approvals, and compliance with consultant requirements.
- Subcontractor Monitoring (QA/QC): Supervise subcontractor performance, enforce Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct routine site inspections, verify construction quality, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Laboratory Testing: Oversee sampling, witness material tests, and review laboratory reports (concrete, soil, steel).
- Document Control (DCC): Maintain QA/QC records, drawings, BoQs, and project documentation with full traceability.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and update project schedules using MS Project.
- Drafting & Coordination: Prepare and revise civil/structural drawings using Revit and Civil3D.
- BoQ & Quantity Surveying: Extract quantities from design drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities.
- Budgeting & Cost Analysis: Prepare budgets and cost analysis reports using Excel and BoQ interpretations.
- Meetings & Reporting: Participate in daily/weekly follow-up meetings and key stakeholder meetings.
المتطلبات
- Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (M.Sc. degree preferred).
- Experience: 5–10 years in civil engineering, QA/QC, and site supervision.
- Technical Skills: MS Project, Revit, Civil3D, AutoCAD, Excel, SAP.
- Core Competencies: QA/QC management, design coordination, cost analysis, documentation systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, willingness to learn, problem solving, and cross lingual correspondence (Arabic - English).
