تبحث شركة دام بيان عن محاسب أول في أربيل للإشراف على العمليات المالية، تتبع التكاليف، محاسبة المخزون، والامتثال التنظيمي لعمليات التكرير. تتطلب الوظيفة درجة البكالوريوس وخبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في المحاسبة منها 3 سنوات في دور قيادي، مع إتقان اللغتين الكردية والإنجليزية.
عن الوظيفة
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Erbil. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, cost tracking, inventory accounting, and regulatory compliance for our refining operations.
المهام
- Lead full-cycle accounting: GL, AP, AR, payroll postings, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (IFRS) and management reports; perform variance analysis.
- Maintain and reconcile refinery cost accounts: production costs, inventory valuation, yield/shrinkage, blending, spares & logistics.
- Manage month-end/year-end close schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate external/internal audits and prepare audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local tax, VAT, withholding tax and statutory reporting.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies, controls and process improvements.
- Supervise, mentor and review junior accounting staff.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections and CAPEX tracking.
- Maintain ERP accounting records and support system upgrades.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred.
- 6+ years accounting experience, with 3+ years in a senior/accounting lead role; oil & gas/refinery experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Iraqi/Kurdistan tax/statutory requirements.
- Proven cost accounting, inventory and project accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel; ERP experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
- Kurdish and English required Arabic and/or Persian advantageous.
