ND Phone Shop is looking for a Salesperson with a good background in mobile phones and accessories.

The Salesperson will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customers’ needs, and promoting and selling mobile phones, accessories, and related products. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable phones, accessories, and products.
  • Explain product features, specifications, prices, and available offers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally.
  • Demonstrate mobile phones and accessories when needed.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive product display.
  • Stay updated on new phones, accessories, promotions, and market trends.
  • Process sales and ensure accurate handling of payments and receipts.
  • Assist with stock checking and inform the manager about low-stock products.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Follow company policies, sales procedures, and shop standards.

المتطلبات

  • Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Good background and basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories.
  • Ability to work under sales targets.
  • Honest, responsible, and punctual.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Kurdish and Arabic communication skills are preferred; English is an advantage.
