تعلن Circular City عن وظيفة مهندس دعم مبيعات للإناث في أربيل لتقديم الدعم الفني والإداري لفريق المبيعات والعملاء. تناسب الوظيفة خريجة هندسة لديها خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات وإجادة الكردية والإنجليزية والعربية.
عن الوظيفة
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Engineer to provide technical and administrative support to the sales team and customers, while assisting with pre- and post-sales activities.
المهام
- Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team and customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, product specifications, and technical documents.
- Assist with product selection and solution design.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and service processes.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic; Turkish is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and email communication.
- Experience with SAP and product sizing software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
