Position Overview
LOK Company is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead its medical equipment and supplies sales team, develop sales strategies, build healthcare-sector business opportunities, and achieve company sales targets across the Kurdistan Region.
المهام
- Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team.
- Develop sales strategies and work toward achieving company sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Manage key accounts, customer relationships, and sales pipelines.
- Coordinate government tenders and healthcare projects.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in medical equipment or medical supplies sales, including sales team supervision.
- Strong knowledge of government and private healthcare markets in the Kurdistan Region.
- Experience in sales team management, business development, and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with government tenders, procurement, and healthcare projects.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in Kurdish and English; Arabic is highly preferred.
