تعلن شركة لاغاش للخدمات عن حاجتها لتعيين 5 مستشارين عقاريين في البصرة للتواصل مع العملاء وعرض العقارات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات وإتقان اللغة العربية.

A well-established real estate company in Basra is seeking five Property Consultants to engage with clients, present property listings, and drive sales growth.

المهام

Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs
Present and promote available property listings to potential buyers or tenants
Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships throughout the sales process
Meet individual and team sales targets

المتطلبات

Any related educational background
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably real estate
Fluency in Arabic
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Prior experience in real estate or property sales
Familiarity with the local property market
