تبحث شركة سولي كيم عن مدير مبيعات (ذكر) في السليمانية لقيادة المبيعات عبر المحافظات العراقية، بخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المبيعات وإجادة الكردية والعربية والإنجليزية.
عن الوظيفة
SuliKim is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand sales across the central Iraqi provinces. The role involves developing sales strategies, guiding field teams, driving market growth, and achieving revenue targets. Experience in the construction materials sector and strong leadership skills are essential.

المهام
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Represent SuliKim professionally during customer visits and business meetings.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
- Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, construction products, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent business development and relationship management abilities.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent Kurdish and Arabic.
- Good English.
- Must be based in Sulaymaniyah.
- Valid driving license.
- Own vehicle is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the southern governorates of Iraq.
- Territory: Iraq (Frequent Travel Required)
