عن الوظيفة
Alen Factory is seeking a skilled and capable Sales Coordinator to support the sales department and coordinate daily sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage sales orders and customer requests, and experience supporting sales activities and reporting.
المهام
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales operations.
- Follow up on sales orders and customer requests.
- Organize and update sales data, records, and files.
- Communicate and follow up with customers and the sales team.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales targets and performance.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Support the sales department with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or related administrative roles.
- Good understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to organize and follow up on sales orders and customer requests.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare sales reports and monitor performance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to organize and maintain sales data and files.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in Kurdish is mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
