تبحث مجوهرات زيبا في أربيل عن موظفة مبيعات لمساعدة الزبائن، بيع المجوهرات، وإنشاء محتوى لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في صالة العرض. يشترط إتقان اللغة الكردية ومستوى متوسط في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
عن الوظيفة
ZEBA Diamond is looking for a Female Sales Associate to join its showroom team. The role combines customer service and jewelry sales with showroom support and social media content creation.
المهام
- Sell jewelry and assist customers in-store.
- Understand customer needs and help them select suitable jewelry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.
- Create and regularly share engaging Instagram Stories and social media content featuring ZEBA Diamond products.
- Take clear and attractive product photos and short videos using a smartphone.
- Represent ZEBA Diamond professionally in the showroom.
المتطلبات
- Female, aged 18–28.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar position is preferred.
- Fluent in Kurdish; intermediate Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and assisting them with their jewelry choices.
- Interest in fashion, jewelry, luxury products, and beauty.
- Ability to create Instagram Stories, photos, and short videos featuring products.
- Comfortable using a smartphone to create clear and attractive product photos and videos.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media.
- Well-presented and able to professionally represent ZEBA Diamond.
- Responsible, energetic, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Jewelry or luxury retail experience is an advantage but not required.
