تبحث شركة سكاي باس عن وكيل حجز وتذاكر للعمل حضورياً في أربيل لإدارة حجوزات الطيران وإصدار التذاكر ومساعدة المسافرين. يُشترط إتقان اللغتين الكردية والعربية مع خبرة عملية في أنظمة الحجز والتذاكر.
عن الوظيفة
Sky Pass is looking for a Reservations & Ticketing Agent to handle flight and travel reservations, ticket issuance, booking changes, and travel itineraries. The role involves assisting customers, providing travel and fare information, coordinating with airlines and travel partners, and resolving booking-related issues promptly and professionally.
المهام
- Handle flight and travel reservations and ticket issuance.
- Manage booking changes and ensure accurate travel itineraries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide travel options and fare information.
- Provide booking confirmations and assist customers with reservation-related matters.
- Use reservation and ticketing systems to manage bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners.
- Resolve booking issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, tickets, itineraries, and customer information.
- Follow company policies and Sky Pass service standards.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Present travel options, upsell services, and work toward booking targets.
المتطلبات
- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- Hands-on experience with reservations, booking, and ticketing systems.
- Customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries and resolve problems.
- Knowledge of travel and tourism practices, including flight routes, fare rules, and travel regulations.
- Sales skills and ability to present travel options and upsell services.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling tickets, itineraries, and customer data.
- Ability to work on-site in Erbil with a flexible schedule, including during peak travel periods.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Experience with GDS or airline reservation systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or airline environment is preferred.
- Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- English is an advantage.
