A well-established travel agency in Erbil is seeking a Reservation Agent to join their team. This is a great opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals looking to grow in the travel and hospitality industry.
المهام
- Handle customer bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm and manage reservations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer communications
المتطلبات
- Any related educational background
- Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a travel agency or reservations role
- Familiarity with booking systems/software
