We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Female Receptionist to join our hotel team.
المهام
- The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, answering guest inquiries, managing reservations, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.
المتطلبات
- Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems is preferred.
- Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
