Department: Administration

Steel Power Co. is looking for a presentable, polite, and well-organized Receptionist to welcome guests and visitors, handle front-desk responsibilities, and maintain a professional first impression of the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to interact with visitors in multiple languages.

أوقات العمل

  • Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Days Off: Friday

المهام

  • Welcome and greet visitors and guests in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and general inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with basic reception and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle visitor information and company-related matters with confidentiality.

المتطلبات

  • Ability to communicate in at least two of the following language combinations:
  • Kurdish and Arabic, or
  • Kurdish and English.
  • Knowledge of all three languages (Kurdish, Arabic, and English) is an advantage.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, polite attitude, and strong customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized.
  • Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in reception or a similar position is a strong advantage.
