عن الوظيفة

We are seeking a Production Software Team Leader to manage and oversee labeling operations using our proprietary “plant manager” software, coordinating work orders, labeling lines, and warehouse operations.

المهام

  • Operate and manage production software for labeling operations
  • Plan, assign, and monitor work orders across 100+ labeling lines and multiple warehouse zones
  • Track labeling line performance, productivity, and adherence to timelines
  • Prepare daily operational reports (labeled quantities, errors, OEE, KPIs)
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation and prevent execution errors

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years in pharmaceutical or warehouse operations
  • Strong software operations and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English & Kurdish (Arabic/Turkish is a plus)
