Department: Operations

The Operations Runner supports the daily movement, delivery, and control of Coffee packaging and finished products. The position is responsible for transporting packaging materials between storage and the factory, delivering finished products to markets, coffee shops, government entities, and approved locations, maintaining accurate stock movement records, and supporting field activities such as sampling booths and promotional stands. The role requires safe and timely transportation, accurate counting and documentation, proper product handling, and coordination with the operations and relevant Coffee teams to ensure smooth daily operations

المهام

Deliver empty packaging materials from the designated storage location to the factory according to approved movement requests and schedules.
Collect finished Coffee packages from the factory and deliver them safely and on time to markets, coffee shops, government entities, and other approved locations.
Count and verify quantities, product condition, batch details, and expiry dates during pickup and handover.
Immediately report any shortages, damage, expired products, or other discrepancies to the responsible team.
Obtain signed or otherwise approved proof of delivery for each movement and submit the required documents or digital evidence on the same day.
Update the stock tracker after each delivery, return, or transfer to ensure warehouse, factory, market, sold, returned, and damaged quantities remain accurate and traceable.
Protect products from heat, water, contamination, crushing, and unauthorized access during transportation and handling.
Keep saleable, returned, and damaged products clearly separated and properly identified.
Collect authorized returns and damaged goods, record the quantity and reason, and deliver them to the designated storage or quarantine area.
Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, arranging, labeling, and rotating stock according to the approved First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) method.
Set up, replenish, maintain, and dismantle product-testing booths or stands in markets and other approved locations.
Support product sampling activities by ensuring that samples, displays, signage, and other required materials are available and properly arranged.
Maintain the cleanliness and appropriate arrangement of products, materials, and assigned transportation areas.
Follow all approved safety, transportation, handling, and operational procedures.
Provide other reasonable field, logistics, delivery, and urgent operational support as assigned by the Operations Manager.

المتطلبات

Valid driving license.
Good knowledge of Erbil roads, markets, industrial areas, and government locations.
Bility to safely lift, load, unload, and move product cartons and materials.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors and perform field-based duties.
Basic ability to use a smartphone, messaging applications, and simple stock-tracking or reporting forms.
Ability to maintain accurate records and provide timely updates.
Willingness to work flexible hours when urgent deliveries, market activities, or operational requirements arise.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse support, FMCG distribution, transportation, or field operations is preferred.
Delivery planning and time management.
Accurate counting, stock tracking, and record keeping.
Safe driving and responsible product handling.
Attention to detail.
Clear communication and timely reporting

Flexibility and willingness to support field activities.
Ability to follow instructions and operational procedures.
