تعلن ميني سو العراق عن حاجتها لمدير عمليات في السليمانية للإشراف على عمليات المتاجر والمستودعات. يُشترط وجود خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات وإتقان تام للغة العربية.

عن الوظيفة

Reports to: CEO

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations between the warehouse and multiple retail stores, ensuring high standards of performance, customer service, and operational efficiency.

المهام

  • Manage daily warehouse and store operations.
  • Coordinate efficiently between the warehouse and stores.
  • Supervise warehouse managers, store supervisors, and staff performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Improve operational processes and ensure smooth movement of goods.
  • Resolve operational issues independently with minimal escalation.
  • Handle internal team escalations and interpersonal conflicts professionally.
  • Establish KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and prepare management reports.

المتطلبات

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, warehouse, order management, or a similar role.
  • Experience with POS systems, ERP, Odoo, and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong reporting and performance-monitoring skills.
  • Arabic proficiency is required.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work with management, warehouse, logistics, vendors, and store teams.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends/holidays during peak seasons.
