تبحث شركة وايد في أربيل عن مدير عمليات للإشراف على وحدة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM)، والعمليات اللوجستية للأسطول، وإدارة المنتجات. تتطلب الوظيفة شهادة بكالوريوس وخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات وإتقان اللغات الإنجليزية والعربية والكردية.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the CRM unit, fleet operations, and product management. This role focuses on optimizing customer relationship systems, managing fleet logistics, and driving product improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
المهام
- Oversee the CRM team, ensuring effective management of customer data and interaction strategies.
- Optimize CRM systems for enhanced user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Analyze CRM performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Manage the fleet team, including logistics, drivers, and related inventory.
- Oversee and approve on drivers’ salaries and Operations team KPIs and overtime.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, vehicle utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor fleet performance, address maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Analyze delivery data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance service quality.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of app features, ensuring alignment with user needs and company goals.
- Prioritize product updates and manage the product roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product improvements and ensure successful feature launches.
- Foster collaboration and communication between the CRM, fleet, and product management units.
- Ensure that all units work together effectively to achieve company-wide operational goals.
- Provide guidance, support, and leadership to team members in each unit, promoting a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Analyze performance data across all three units to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the performance and progress of CRM, fleet, and product management units to senior management.
- Communicate key insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
المتطلبات
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong project, resource, and performance management skills
- Ability to lead change and develop team members
- Languages: English, Arabic and Kurdish Advanced
