يشرف على العمليات اليومية لنقل الوقود البديل وعمليات الأسطول وإدارة السائقين والصيانة والمسارات في السليمانية. يتطلب شهادة البكالوريوس مع خبرة إشرافية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في اللوجستيات أو إدارة الأساطيل.
عن الوظيفة
The Operations & Fleet Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily RDF transportation and fleet operations, including trucks, drivers, dispatch, fuel, maintenance, GPS tracking, safety, and delivery schedules. The role ensures safe, efficient, and timely transportation, monitors vehicle and driver performance, resolves operational issues, and provides accurate daily reports to management.
المهام
- Supervise daily RDF transportation and fleet operations.
- Coordinate drivers, trucks, routes, loading, unloading, and dispatch.
- Monitor truck movements through GPS/fleet tracking systems.
- Follow up on vehicle maintenance, breakdowns, and fleet availability.
- Monitor fuel consumption, trips, and delivery records.
- Ensure drivers follow company procedures and safety requirements.
- Monitor transported quantities and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate with loading/unloading sites and client representatives.
- Identify and resolve daily operational issues.
- Prepare daily operational and fleet reports.
المتطلبات
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience supervising heavy trucks and drivers.
- Practical experience in fleet and field operations.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical issues.
- Experience with fuel monitoring and operational cost control.
- Knowledge of GPS/fleet tracking systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of responsibility, discipline, and integrity.
- Experience in RDF, waste transportation, or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in the field and flexible working hours when required.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
