Pioneer Pharma is seeking an experienced Mechatronics Engineering Section Head to lead engineering and maintenance teams, oversee industrial automation systems, and ensure the continuous and efficient operation of pharmaceutical production and packaging lines. The role focuses on maintenance strategy, automation system reliability, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

المهام

  • Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance teams.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment efficiency.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of automation and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Data Integrity, and quality requirements.
  • Lead automation upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and critical spare-parts inventory.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechatronics and industrial automation.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC platforms, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Schneider Electric.
  • Expertise in sensors, motion control, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, Data Integrity, and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or medical manufacturing is preferred.
