Halabja Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen market presence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative leader with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to develop successful marketing campaigns.
المهام
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and oversee digital marketing, social media, branding, and advertising activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to support organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; Kurdish and Arabic are an advantage.
