تبحث شركة تجزئة في بغداد عن مدير تسويق ووسائل تواصل اجتماعي لقيادة الاستراتيجيات التسويقية وإدارة الحملات والتواجد الرقمي. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع التجزئة أو التجارة الإلكترونية مع إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

mselect is looking to hire a Marketing and Social Media Manager for a retail client in Baghdad, Iraq.

المهام

Develops and leads the overall marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and repeat purchases
Build and manage relationships with local influencers, content creators, and marketing agencies
Plan and execute influencer campaigns, promotions, brand activations, and offline events
Manage the social media presence and ensure consistent brand identity and communication
Conduct market and competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities
Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, customer acquisition, and ROI
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve marketing strategies

المتطلبات

Candidates must have 5–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and retail, with proven experience in a marketing management position.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Sociology, or a related field
Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce and retail sector, with mandatory experience in a manager-level marketing role
Marketing Expertise: Strong experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, and integrated campaign management
E-Commerce: Proven experience in e-commerce is highly preferred
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory
Industry Network: Established relationships with local influencers, content creators, or marketing agencies are a strong advantage
Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and analytical skills
Personal Attributes: Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving measurable marketing outcomes
