5–7 years of practical experience as a Machinery Workshop Manager or Service Manager in large companies dealing in heavy equipment, trucks or buses.
Experience and ability to lead the workshop team to achieve the company's goals and targets while keeping maximum customer satisfaction and maintaining the rules of the company and the manufacturers.
Proven knowledge of machinery technical standards and procedures, to instruct electricians and mechanics on repair procedures, rules and regulations, and to follow the Technical Diagnosis protocol.
Education: BSc in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Language Skills: Excellent reading, writing and speaking in Arabic, English and Kurdish.
Computer Skills: Excellent MS Office user, familiar with computerized dealer management systems and manufacturer portals.
Interpersonal Skills: High attention to detail, planning and analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, and negotiation skills. Also required: a disciplined character, problem solving, decision making, and strong administrative and managerial skills.
