تبحث شركة بايونير فارما في السليمانية عن مشرف للتعلم والتطوير لتحديد فجوات الكفاءات والإشراف على مبادرات تدريب الموظفين. يشترط أن يمتلك المتقدم خبرة إشرافية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في الموارد البشرية أو التدريب وإتقان متقدم للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

عن الوظيفة

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Learning & Development Supervisor to join our Human Resources team.

المهام

Identify and address current capability gaps across the organization.
Support the development and implementation of employee training and development initiatives.
Ensure training programs meet the organization’s evolving learning and development requirements.
Support employees in developing their skills and professional capabilities.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in HR, Training, or Learning & Development.
Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
