عن الوظيفة

Erbil International Equestrian Club is looking for a Landscape Manager to oversee the maintenance, appearance, and overall condition of the club’s landscaped areas and outdoor spaces.

المهام

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the club’s landscaped areas and outdoor spaces.
Plan and coordinate landscaping and grounds maintenance activities.
Supervise landscaping staff and organize daily work activities.
Monitor the condition of plants, lawns, trees, and other landscaped areas.
Coordinate watering, planting, pruning, mowing, and general landscape maintenance.
Ensure outdoor areas are clean, well-maintained, and presentable.
Identify landscaping and maintenance requirements and coordinate necessary work.
Monitor the use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and materials.
Coordinate landscaping requirements for events and competitions.
Maintain appropriate records of landscaping activities and requirements.

المتطلبات

Educational background in Landscape Management, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in landscaping or grounds management.
Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and general landscape maintenance.
Ability to supervise and coordinate landscaping teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to manage outdoor operations and maintenance activities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
