تعلن شركة Worldwide Recruitment Solutions عن وظيفة مسؤول الحسابات الرئيسية في بغداد لإدارة علاقات العملاء والمبيعات في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية (FMCG). تتطلب الوظيفة شهادة بكالوريوس، وإتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، ورخصة قيادة سارية.
عن الوظيفة
Sector: FMCG
المهام
- Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships and carry out all necessary sales and customer management activities to achieve business targets.
- Manage business activities in line with company objectives, ensuring achievement of profitability, volume, revenue, and cost optimization targets.
- Manage relevant categories and products in line with business priorities and objectives.
- Plan and coordinate customer-based promotions periodically in collaboration with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Follow up on in-store availability, product damage, and product returns, and take corrective actions when required.
- Plan, design, and coordinate activities based on business priorities and sector, channel, and category trends.
- Monitor and follow up on execution standards through regular market visits and take appropriate actions accordingly.
- Develop action plans for internal and external customers to improve business processes and performance.
- Monitor customer performance, market developments, and business opportunities to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure effective cooperation with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of Competition Law and its applicability.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong commercial mathematics skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for regular market visits.
