تعلن شركة العاصم في بغداد عن حاجتها إلى مسؤول تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتثبيت البرامج والأجهزة، وحل المشكلات التقنية، وصيانة أنظمة وشبكات الشركة ونظام Odoo ERP.

المهام

Install and configure software and hardware components
Analyze and resolve issues with IT equipment including printers, servers, and networks.
Provide mentoring, technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
Install and maintain company’s required software tools and programs, and employee’s emails and accounts.
Manage the access limitation of share folders of the company, make sure the data are secure and safe.
Manage and maintain the company's network connection, camera, fingerprint and printers at all times, ensuring security protocols are up-to-date and effectively applied.
Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications Odoo or any ERP system.
Coordinate with HR department to ensure providing all the needs for devices, laptops, email accounts and permissions.
Conduct regular maintenance for the company’s systems and equipment.
Regular update of the company’s assets inventory and tagging system.
Conduct routine inspections on the company resources and report any misuse.
Reporting any advanced updates and adaptation and make sure that the system is working efficiently.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any relevant field from an accredited academic university or institute with three years of relevant experience, or High School diploma with five years of relevant professional experience.
2–3 years of experience in IT administration and technical support
Technical support and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of application workflows and block-based systems.
Ability to analyze system logic and user issues.
Good Knowledge of Odoo system.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
Experience providing training is an advantage.
