تبحث مجموعة هارلم عن مراقب مخزون في أربيل لإدارة سجلات وحركة المخزون وإجراء الجرد الفعلي في قطاع السيارات. يتطلب المنصب شهادة بكالوريوس وخبرة تتراوح بين سنة وسنتين.
عن الوظيفة
The Inventory Controller Responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movements, and ensuring the proper handling and availability of stock at the Erbil facility. Reporting to the Parts Manager or Asst. Parts Manager, or even Aftersales Director if needed.
المهام
- Monitor daily stock receipts, issues, and transfers for the service centers and sub-dealers of Harlem Group in Baghdad.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding stock requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and identification of stock.
- Prepare inventory reports and highlight discrepancies to management.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in stock/inventory control in automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory systems.
