توظف اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر (ICRC) في بغداد مسؤولاً ميدانياً صحياً لإدارة الطوارئ والتنسيق بين أقسام طوارئ المستشفيات وتمريض الطوارئ والخدمات الطبية الطارئة ما قبل المستشفى. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات، منها سنتان على الأقل في أنظمة رعاية الطوارئ.

المتطلبات

  • Typically, at least five years of relevant professional experience, including at least two years in emergency care systems.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting at least one of hospital emergency care, emergency nursing or prehospital EMS and the ability to coordinate effectively across all three components of the emergency-care pathway.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ministries, the NCC, directorates of health, hospitals and Emergency Department EDs, nursing authorities, Emergency Medical Services EMS and dispatch services,Iraq Red Crescent Society IRCS, Civil Defence, academic and professional bodies and other public institutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Iraqi context, health and emergency-management structures, professional culture, institutional relationships and assigned geographic areas; humanitarian experience is a strong asset.
  • Strong organisation, coordination, communication, facilitation, Arabic-English translation, analytical writing, data management, problem-solving and team-working skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and field travel, meet deadlines, maintain accurate and confidential records and work effectively in complex and sensitive environments.
