AT Group is seeking a skilled HSR Trainer to prepare our employees and contractors to stay safe, secure and ready for emergencies.

- Working Days: 5 days per week
المهام
- Deliver security awareness, journey management, hostile-environment and site-access training.
- Train staff in emergency response, evacuation, muster and crisis management procedures.
- Run drills and exercises with operations, security and medical teams.
- Deliver site inductions for new employees, visitors and contractors.
- Keep training records, certificates and competency matrices up to date.
- Update training content after incidents, audits and changes in the local security situation.
المتطلبات
- Diploma or degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, HSE or a related field.
- 5+ years in security, emergency response or HSE training, ideally in oil and gas.
- Recognised trainer certification (e.g. TAQA, Train-the-Trainer, NEBOSH or OPITO instructor).
- Experience working in Iraq or similar high-risk environments.
- Confident presenter able to train mixed field and office audiences.
- Fluent Kurdish or Arabic and English; Turkmen is a plus.
