تبحث شركة شاهان عن مهندس صحة وسلامة وبيئة (HSE) ذو خبرة في أربيل للإشراف على إجراءات السلامة الميدانية في مشاريع البناء. يشترط أن يمتلك المتقدم خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال السلامة الإنشائية وشهادات معتمدة في السلامة المهنية.

المهام

Implement and enforce the Project HSE Plan in compliance with legal requirements, contract specifications, and international HSE standards.
Supervise and control daily HSE activities across all site areas, with particular focus on high-risk works typical of high-rise construction.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks, ensuring hazards are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
Monitor safety during working at height, lifting operations, formwork activities, concrete works, and MEP installations.
Coordinate with Site Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and Subcontractor teams to integrate HSE requirements into daily site operations.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare HSE reports and corrective action plans.
Ensure all personnel receive site inductions, safety training, and appropriate PPE.
Enforce site safety rules and stop unsafe or non-compliant works when required.
Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation, and support audits and inspections by consultants and authorities.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
Minimum 7–12 years of construction HSE experience.
Minimum 3–5 years in HSE leadership role.
Recognized safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
Experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects preferred.
