Ultimate Talent is seeking, on behalf of an International FMCG Company, a talented and qualified candidate for the position of HR Specialist based in Baghdad.

Job Summary:

The HR Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and overseeing payroll, employee relations and personnel administration.

المهام

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, including basic salaries, allowances, overtime, fuel and car allocations, and employee loans.
  • Handle social security calculations, income tax deductions, health insurance updates and end-of-service settlements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
  • Keep internal HR policies and bylaws updated and ensure employees understand company regulations.
  • Handle internal investigations, disciplinary matters and employee relations issues.
  • Maintain accurate employee databases, update organizational charts and job descriptions, and oversee secure record archiving.
  • Ensure HR records and processes meet audit requirements and follow up on audit findings.
  • Supervise candidate sourcing according to approved hiring plans and conduct interviews with relevant departments.
  • Complete onboarding documentation for new employees.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager on workforce budgeting and HR strategies.

المتطلبات

  • Minimum five years of solid experience in HR operations and personnel management.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Expert knowledge of local Labor Law, Social Security regulations and tax compliance.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills and high attention to detail.

  • Salary Range: 2,000,000–3,000,000 IQD per month
  • Salary: 2,000,000–30,000,000 IQD per month
