تبحث إم سيلكت عن مدير موارد بشرية لعميل في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG) في البصرة لقيادة عمليات الموارد البشرية والتوظيف وإدارة شؤون الموظفين. يتطلب الدور خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات وإتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
عن الوظيفة
mselect is looking to hire an HR Manager for an FMCG client in Basrah, Iraq. Candidates must have 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
An experienced HR Manager is required to lead the HR function within a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment. The role will lead the HR Team and oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies. The HR Manager will also provide strategic HR support aligned with business and operational objectives, ensuring effective people management and a high-performing workplace.

- Lead, manage, and develop the HR team
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues
- Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records
- Manage performance appraisal and KPI processes
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programmes
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination with Finance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies
- Support workforce planning for production, warehouse, sales, and administrative functions
- Monitor HR KPIs, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and employee costs
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide recommendations to senior management
- Support management and department heads on HR-related decisions
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture
- Ensure effective communication of company policies and procedures across the organisation
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment
- Previous experience as an HR Manager or senior HR leadership role
- Proven experience managing and developing an HR team
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR policies
- Strong knowledge of applicable labour laws and employment regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational, planning, and decision-making abilities
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
