- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and effective workflow.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure employees fulfill their responsibilities.
- Handle administrative and operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the implementation of effective management procedures and operational policies.
- Oversee marketing-related activities and contribute to the hospital’s development.
- Ensure that the hospital operates efficiently and professionally.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical field is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in medical facility management, healthcare administration, and operational management.
- Previous experience managing large teams and coordinating multiple departments.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Professional ability to manage employees, resolve operational issues, and maintain efficient workflows.
- Knowledge and experience in marketing and administrative processes.
