تبحث شركة فاست باي عن مسؤول مكافحة الاحتيال في بغداد لمراقبة المعاملات والتحقيق في حالات الاحتيال وتعزيز ضوابط الحماية. تتطلب الوظيفة شهادة بكالوريوس ذات صلة وخبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في منع الاحتيال أو إدارة المخاطر أو العمليات المالية.
المهام
- Monitor transactions to identify suspicious or high-risk activity.
- Investigate fraud cases and analyze transaction patterns.
- Collect and document evidence to support investigations.
- Prepare clear investigation reports and recommend actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reduce fraud risks.
- Improve fraud prevention controls and support staff awareness.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, financial operations, or electronic payments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fraud monitoring tools.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
