عن الوظيفة

Al Sarab Auto is expanding its After Sales service network and is looking for a Field Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to Service Centers and assist in resolving technical issues.

المتطلبات

Practical experience in the automotive industry and After Sales.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze technical issues and identify root causes.
Experience with TSBs and technical campaigns.
Ability to support Service Centers and resolve technical issues.
Ability to provide technical support in field/service-center environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good technical communication and reporting skills.
Good reporting and data analysis skills.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and commitment to results.
Passion for continuous development and a long-term career in the automotive industry.
