مطلوب مشغل ميداني بخلفية ميكانيكية لعقد مدته سنة واحدة في كركوك بنظام مناوبة 6 أسابيع عمل و3 أسابيع إجازة. يتطلب دبلوم فني في الهندسة الميكانيكية وخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الصيانة والعمليات الميكانيكية بالحقول النفطية.

Responsible for mechanical maintenance and operation, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and commissioning of plunger pumps and associated surface equipment used in jet pump operations: 3-phase separator operation and maintenance, SSV, Valves, Manifolds. Wellhead operations.

المهام
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plunger pumps.
- Operations with Separators, piping rig up/rig down, manifolds, Triplex, Plunger pumps, flowing to production operations.
- Dismantle, inspect, repair, and assemble plunger pump components.
- Replace packing, valves, plungers, seals, bearings, and mechanical components.
- Conduct alignment checks and vibration monitoring.
- Troubleshoot pump performance issues and mechanical failures.
- Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
- Assist during equipment mobilization and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and maintenance procedures.
المتطلبات
- Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in oilfield mechanical maintenance and operations.
- Strong knowledge of:Triplex and quintuplex plunger pumps
- Reciprocating pump maintenance
- Hydraulic systems
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Rotating equipment maintenance
- Separators maintenance
- Valves maintenance.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
