تعلن شركة العاصم للاستثمارات العقارية والسياحية عن حاجتها إلى مدير مشاريع هندسية في بغداد للإشراف على التخطيط والتنفيذ والمتابعة الفنية لمشاريع الشركة. تتطلب الوظيفة شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو العمارة وخبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع البناء والتطوير العقاري.
عن الوظيفة
The Engineering Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and technical follow-up of all company-invested projects. The role includes managing and coordinating activities between consulting offices, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
المهام
- Oversee the planning, execution, and technical monitoring of all company projects.
- Manage and coordinate work between consulting offices, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Review and approve engineering designs and drawings while ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to established timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project site progress and ensure the implementation of quality standards and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Supervise contract management and tendering processes in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare periodic technical and administrative reports for executive management.
- Provide technical recommendations to improve project efficiency and reduce risks and costs.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s or PhD in Engineering or Project Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in construction project management or real estate development.
- Proven experience in project management, planning, scheduling, and execution monitoring.
- Experience coordinating with consulting firms, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, tendering processes, quality control, and cost management.
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to prepare technical reports for executive management.
- Good understanding of risk management in construction projects.
- Experience in monitoring construction quality and implementing occupational health and safety standards.
- Ability to coordinate with governmental authorities and obtain the necessary technical approvals and permits.
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop engineering teams.
