تبحث شركة أواميديكا في أربيل عن مهندس كهرباء للإشراف على تصميم وصيانة الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية وضمان الامتثال لمعايير التصنيع الدوائي. يشترط الحصول على دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تصنيع الأدوية أو المنشآت الخاضعة للتنظيم.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to support the design, maintenance, and optimization of Electrical systems and equipment within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role ensures all systems operate efficiently while complying with regulatory standards such as GMP and safety requirements.
المهام
- Ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of all electrical systems and equipment across the entire facility.
- Execute and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults related to MCC’s, DB’s, transformers, motors, VFD’s, control panels, generators, UPS, and distribution systems.
- Maintain electrical systems supporting HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, production equipment, laboratories and critical facilities.
- Monitor and maintain critical power systems, including emergency generators, UPS, Synchronizing panel and essential power distribution.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and engineering projects.
- Ensure all electrical maintenance and engineering activities comply with GMP, EHS, electrical safety standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, equipment history, spare-parts lists, and technical documentation.
- Implementation and review SOPs, preventive maintenance procedure, checklists, and technical reports.
- Ensure availability of critical electrical spare parts of electrical assets in the facility.
- Responds to breakdowns and provides effective technical support to minimize production interruptions.
- Implement and monitor LOTO and electrical safety procedure and ensure contractor compliance.
- Assisting in Operation, monitoring, daily readings, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
- Ensure all equipment and systems comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and validation team.
- Assist in equipment qualification, validation and calibration processes

- Packing Machines (BQS, Cartoblis Machine, Dry Powder filling and sealing machine, CP 150 and Hi-Cart carton packing machines, Inkjet printers, Ointment filling and sealing machines, Liquid Filling and sealing machines.
- Quality control and Microbiology equipment (LAF, Owens, Freezers, cooling chambers, incubators, biosafety cabinets, garment cubicles, ceiling LAF, autoclaves, stirrers, sonicator, GC)
- Compressed air and vacuum systems
المتطلبات
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- 5-10 + years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or EMA regulations
- Experience with HVAC and utility systems in controlled environments
- Strong understanding of Electrical systems and maintenance practices
- Familiarity with documentation and validation processes
- Experience in sterile or cleanroom environments
- Knowledge of validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Certification or training in GMP or pharmaceutical engineering
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
