عن الوظيفة

Digital Platforms Specialist is responsible for supporting the operations, development, and improvement of Korek Telecom’s digital channels, including the mobile application, website, self-care services, digital payments, and online customer journeys.

المهام

  • Monitor the performance, availability, and reliability of digital platforms.
  • Coordinate new features, updates, integrations, and system enhancements with IT teams and external vendors.
  • Prepare business requirements, test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support digital services, including mobile applications, websites, digital recharge, payment services, and eSIM.
  • Investigate customer issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and follow up through to resolution.
  • Analyze platform usage, transactions, customer feedback, and key performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate digital content, offers, notifications, and marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Ensure digital platforms comply with security, privacy, and internal company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to improve digital services and customer experience.

المتطلبات

  • Education: Bachelor in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years
  • Languages: Kurdish (required), English (required)
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, telecom services, mobile applications, e-commerce, digital products, software testing, analytics, and customer journeys.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues, analyze platform performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
