Reports To: Offset Department Head / Senior Designer

FABYAB Packaging Solutions is seeking a Designer to support the Offset Department by preparing, reviewing, and finalizing artwork and print files. The role ensures that all designs meet the technical specifications and quality standards required for offset printing production.

المهام

  • Assist in creating, editing, and preparing artwork and print files for offset printing according to required specifications.
  • Review files carefully to ensure correct dimensions, colors, resolution, bleed, fonts, and other technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with designers, prepress, and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues before printing.
  • Support the team in implementing requested changes and corrections while maintaining accurate and well-organized files.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards, completing assigned tasks within required deadlines.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

المتطلبات

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Printing Technology, or a related field.
  • Formal training or certification in graphic design or prepress is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, prepress, or offset print production.
  • Previous experience in a packaging or printing company is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and AI tools.
  • Solid understanding of offset printing requirements, including CMYK color modes, bleed, resolution, dielines, and print file preparation.
  • Good command of file organization and version control.
  • Basic knowledge of packaging and carton design is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork and effective coordination with prepress and production staff.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple design requests simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to receive and apply feedback.
