تبحث شركة آي بازار عن أخصائي دعم عملاء للعمل عن بُعد في أربيل للرد على الاستفسارات وإدارة الطلبات وتقديم الدعم عبر الهاتف من الساعة 5:00 مساءً حتى 11:00 مساءً. يشترط إتقان اللغتين الكردية والعربية.

أوقات العمل

Type: Online / Remote (Work from Home)
Shift: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM

المهام

Handle Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages across all social media channels.
Manage Orders: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving order discrepancies.
Phone Support: Answer incoming calls to guide customers and resolve their issues effectively.
Problem Solving: Address and troubleshoot customer complaints with patience and empathy.

المتطلبات

Languages: Native or fluent in Kurdish and Arabic (both spoken and written).
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and positive attitude.
Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency (navigating apps, sheets, and social media platforms).
Adaptability: Ability to collaborate with the team and work efficiently under pressure.
Experience: Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
